How To Book |

Booking a pitch using our online booking system is very simple. Just follow the steps below:

Click on the Book a Pitch navigation button and select the sport for the pitch you wish to book.

From the list of available pitches, select the one that you wish to book.

Select the date(s) you require by clicking on the calendar and then click Make Booking.

Your booking details will show on the next screen along with the cost. If you require additional changing rooms, select your requirement from the drop down menu and make sure you press the "Refresh" button.

Select whether you wish to pay by credit card or whether you prefer to be invoiced for your booking.

Finally, select "Make Booking" and you will see the invoice screen, where you can print your invoice.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation of matches:
Should Wyevale staff cancel a match for the weekend, it will be notified on this web site by lunch time on the Friday prior to the match (midday). Clubs should log in to the site and check their bookings page in the Profiles section which can be found on the Home Page of the site.
Evening matches will be cancelled by midday on the day of the match and notification will be as above.
In the unlikely event that Wyevale need to cancel a match after the above times, clubs will be notified by telephone.
Should a referee call a match off on the day because of bad weather, clubs must notify Wyevale by e-mail as soon as possible and no later than midday on the Monday (or next working day) following the scheduled fixture. Failure to notify Wyevale of a cancellation by Midday on the next working day will result in the pitch being charged for. |
